Not Recommended I enjoyed the meals, but when they switched delivery companies, everything went downhill. My meals were often late or not delivered at all. I understand that delivery is out of their hands, but what really turned me off was the customer service response. After numerous back and forth emails with people who were friendly enough, but ultimately didn't solve the problem, I ended up canceling.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Unreliable service and terrible customer support. The other reviews are accurate, Mighty Macros is an unreliable service which defeats the whole purpose of meal prep delivery. I received my first order and the ice was completely melted and was afraid to eat food. I cancelled and they told me I was too late. Seriously....I cancelled and didn't want the spoiled food and the sent again. Refused to give my money back. I will be disputing with my cc company. Absolutely DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Mighty Macros | Best Gluten free dairy free options! I've been trying Mighty Macros for the last few weeks and love it! As someone with food allergies they are definitely one of the best food subscriptions options when it comes to gluten free and dairy free options! If you are sensitive you do have to be aware of cross-contamination but they are super transparent about what the meals contain! Super empty and definitely gives me more energy to perform better!

The worst The worst. Hi. I have received no tracking number for this delivery. Honestly I’m canceling my subscription. I gave you all the tools to succeed. RE door code, my phone number, a WORKING call box in which a delivery driver may call my unit and be buzzed in. A guarantee online on your website that claims that I don’t need to be home for delivery. All of these tools combined with your terrible reviews online, has given me cause to pause and wonder why I should stick around. Why would you assume, that after this terrible first impression, I would want to continue on? Thank you for trying to help me re your company policies. But do better next time. Hold your drivers accountable. And give me my money back. The delivery tracking details are sent via email before the Wednesday delivery, can you help double-check your inbox or spam so we can raise this. We apologise for this, we have been notified by our couriers that the meals were delivered, based on the information we have gathered it seems that the meals were stolen. We are not responsible for stolen goods as it is out of our control. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I have now provided a 1-time store credit for the whole order onto the MM account. This is non-expiry and will be used first before charging your card next Thursday at 9 AM PDT cycle as long as the account is active. Here is your subscription screenshot as reference: Would it be possible that you to have any CCTV or camera footage as we would like to track down this thief and report them to the police? In the delivery instructions there was an attached door code to deliver the parcel safety. I can say with certainty that my package was stolen off of that unguarded and fully in view doorstep and as I had no tracking notification or delivery information I was not home to receive it. In addition, your website states a safe and completed delivery as part of the service and I did not receive any help on your part beside for this email after the fact, the fact being my package not being delivered safely even after my part to enable you to deliver it to the best of your ability. Please note of the schedules are they are fixed until further notice. For the tracking details, I shared the GLS link and tracking number fore your reference. Honestly these were the worst meals… Honestly these were the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. (And I’m accustomed to bland, flavorless competition food). I ended up just throwing away the second order that came. Just horrible taste, some kind of shredded vegetable “hash” that looked and tasted like what I assume the contents of a juicer would taste like if someone scraped out the discard bin. My business partner tried a meal of mine and couldn’t finish it. Yes they helped me lose weight but only because they were inedible.
