GBContinuous lies about their packaging, false advertising This company has lied to me multiple times about their packaging. I signed up with them because I was reassured that the packaging was 90% biodegradable many times, which I have written record of. That is not at all the case, they use #5 plastic which is only recyclable. It's likely that only 10% of it is biodegradable, if that. Myself and everyone else who has been lied to like this deserve their full money back. I've tried getting through with their customer service many times on this and gotten nowhere, so I will be going to the BBB and exploring options for class action on false advertising.

GBI have been using mighty macros for a… I have been using mighty macros for a year now and they have helped me lose a ton of weight on their low calorie program. Every time I’ve had to email them about something (changing subscription, tracking) they’ve been very responsive. I love their meals and they’re great for helping me stick to a low cal diet. Highly reccomend.

GBExcellent Mighty Macros Mighty Macro's ready meals are really delicious and flavorful. I tried 4 other so called healthy, Macronutrient meals and MM was by far the best. The portion size is perfect, their customer service is excellent and I always look forward to their new weekly meal. These meals were helping achieve my maintenance goals and now I switched to their sculpt meals so I can lean out and loose some weight. Love, love, love these meals and this company.

GBVery Poor S&H and Customer Care They had issues with packaging where orders were sent with a missing meal. They did not manage the shipping well because my orders came in days late, twice. And to top it all off, when these issues came up, there was no way to contact them other than email. So their customer service coverage is horrible to where they only work Monday-Friday despite shipments coming in over the weekend.

GBNot Recommended I enjoyed the meals, but when they switched delivery companies, everything went downhill. My meals were often late or not delivered at all. I understand that delivery is out of their hands, but what really turned me off was the customer service response. After numerous back and forth emails with people who were friendly enough, but ultimately didn't solve the problem, I ended up canceling.
