USSorry to say Sorry to say, but I order the white sturgeon. I did not know that the Ostra was the same price. Unfortunately a very disappointing product. Didn't taste like caviar at all. No pop when placed in the mouth. Just basically fish bait. I think it's a good company but this product for the expensive price sucked.
