The service is great The service is great. Food arrives as expected and is prepackaged, ready to pop in the oven. I would give 5 stars if the online chat was a bit better and the food came with cooking instructions. On average, if you cook at 350F for 3o minutes, take it out and check it, you may need an additional 10-15 minutes of cook time. I would also give 5 stars if you were able to choose from all the food offerings when selecting a meal plan. Instead you are limited in the choices when selecting a meal plan.

Don’t waste your time or money I’m giving a one star because zero is not an option. I paid for a 21 meal plan, which was $313.95. I placed my order on September 4, 2021. Each week I reached out to find out where my order was. Each week I was ignored, until last week. They absolutely guaranteed my items would be delivered by September 21, 2021 and they were going to give me three free meals for an inconvenience. Today is 24 September, I still don’t have my items nor do I have a credit. They are back to ignoring me again. I just reached out to USAA and to dispute the entire charge.

Tasteless Like so many others my meals came in late.The meals were horrible and tasteless. The meats were like rubber. I have order keto meals before from other places and they were delicious. I literal threw away 13 meals of the 15 because they tasted so bad. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Customer Service Took Care of Me I had an issue with my order that got worked out in a very satisfactory way with customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well the meals satisfied me and I did not feel like snacking in between them.

I've Tried 5 Different Companies for Keto I've tried 5 different companies for Keto pre-made frozen meals. These guys blew the competition out of the water in taste and texture. Additionally, their macros, ease of use, and containers are the best I've found. They are pricey, but worth it to me.
