Stay clear do not deliver on promises Booked delivery 9-11:30. Time now 1:30 ! 2 hrs late. Called support haven't got an idea! Cant track your delivery as just says dispatched. No communication from support to driver to find their whereabouts??Generic responses with no ownership of issue. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Thankfully this was cash on delivery so I am cancelling!

I expected better service from them. I had a disappointing experience with GrocerApp. The delivery was delayed, and when my order finally arrived, some items were missing. The customer service was unhelpful and did not offer any satisfactory resolution. I expected better service from them.
