Roach in my food. I also have a picture of the roach in my food. That's a big reminder of never to go back to Cheddar's you guys got to do better. I would not eat at Cheddar's anymore my husband and I went to Cheddar's in Greenville North Carolina. First of all the restaurant is dark. Need better lighting. Do they keep it down so you can't really see what you're eating. Didn't take long to get the food my side dish was wings and rice after taking two bites of it and staring it that was a roach in my beans and rice. First time going there will not do it again I believe Harley in restaurant ratings and cleanliness. If you're taking people money why you can't hire people that really care about their job and make sure everything is clean and sanitary.

Walked in seen it was crowded Walked in seen it was crowded. Put my name and number on the wait list and was told it was an hour wait and that they will txt me when our table is ready. Waited well over an hour no txt. I walk in to check on our table the hostess said you can come on. We get seated the waitress take our drink order and we go ahead and order our food. We ordered appetizers and our meal. Drinks took 20 minutes to get food took another 45 min and we never got the appetizer. My husband was missing his garlic bread from his meal. The waitress said she would bring the garlic bread but didn’t bring it until she brought the to go boxes. I didn’t realize i didn’t get my 2 sides until i got home. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

The food was outstanding The food was outstanding. But the wait when there were tables and booths empty. We sat there and three families came in and left and never got seated and there was no reason we should have had to wait. We wanted to try Cheddars again but Disappointed. Really Think it needs better management.

Phenomenal service My brother and I wanted to go to a new place for lunch before doing a few errands and we both have never been to Cheddars so we thought we would give it a try. Immediately walking in it was a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Ricky, was phenomenal!! Let's just say that more servers in the food industry need to take lessons from this man. He was absolutely GREAT!!!!
