GBGreat Food and Customer Service The burger king in Mableton Ga has excellent customer service and I am impressed with the food. Compared to a few months ago and with the new faces and smile's I really enjoy my visits alone or with all my friends and family there.

GBNasty BK in Herald square Manhattan NY This is the worst BK I've ever seen in my life, the team there is very rude and poor service and it doesn't look clean , I went there to pickup my order they spiked my number and didn't listen once I picked up my phone and told them I will post this video online they started to listen. I won't order from this location anymore. I'm wondering how this store is operating in US and how dirty it looks.

GBThe BK on Washtenaw in Ann Arbor is HORRIBLE The BK on Washtenaw in Ann Arbor, MI is HORRIBLE! My Husband raved about the chicken sandwich that he ordered from the BK location in Ypsilanti, MI (located on Michigan Ave); and opted to introduce me to the taste bud experience. The first experience was in deed amazing! The next two times I desired a chicken sandwich he made the grave mistake of going to the Ann Arbor location. The first time I thought was a fluke; but the second has assured me that it is simply their method of operation! My Husband ordered a FRESH chicken sandwich (2 for $5 to be exact)...he was even able to go inside to assure that the order was made fresh. We live right down the street and to my disappointment my sandwiches were far from satisfactory! Burnt and soggy is the accurate terms! The Washtenaw location has made my list of establishments to never again consider!

NZHad the displeasure of going through… Had the displeasure of going through the drive through at bk rangitikei Palmerston North tonight @ approx 8pm. Drove up to order and ordered and the girl asked how many burgers. I answered 3 speaking loudly into the appropriate place. She said how many I answered 3. Again she asked how many and I answered 3...turned to my son who was wondering why I had repeated myself 3 times and said what was I supposed to say? 2+1? Drove up to window to pay gave the money and she passed change out and when she passed the order out told me that" I'd appreciate it if you would not say 2+1". I answered that I had said 3..literally 3 times. She then started arguing with me about whether I had spoken when she asked how many. I drove off with my order feeling annoyed at her very bad customer service. So much so I have rung and spoken with the manager named Rachel. She on the other hand had beautiful customer service skills. The staff member I was told had a history of bad customer service and had been spoken to on many occasions. The rude staff member did not give me my receipt so this is why I'm filling out this box instead of enjoying my burger.

GBNothing like a real burger I had your impossible burger.the burger tasted like fake beef! Had to throw it away. The girl that says lies on you commercial wasn't lieing, the rest of the commercial was lies.
