Vowing never to buy via delivery ever again, last night we went through the drive through. Got home, no straws, no dips, no chocolate milkshake, but a vanilla milkshake. I give up. Your shop tables are dirty, your toilets are gross, your staff are way over paid at minimum wage, your food stinks, & your customer service is shockingly bad! (0) zero stars, ZERO!!!

Tried the drive through as delivery is… Tried the drive through as delivery is useless tapped my card and the member said thank you next window, I drove to next window and the staff said card didn’t go through give it to me and I’ll do it for you what’s your PIN number I’ll go away and do it I said no chance bring the machine here , she replied go round again then or just go away , we drove off no meal no nothing and rung the bank to check it wasn’t paid , Now we tried delivery cold and wrong every time and now face to face they want my card and PIN number never ever again

McDonald s will not make your food to order Ordered a Quarter Ham Plain @ Fairfield ,Ohio 45014 Nilles Rd Restaurant on march 15 2024 cashier in drive thru rang up as quarter pdr cheese plain I told her quarter Ham Plain or they would put cheese on it. 2 times they put cheese on it got money back they dismissed it I’m sure. Called corp office apologized but same feeling they blew me off nothing to be done. If you want food made to order it’s fifty fifty they would listen to you.They just don’t care.New ownership but that has already happened and look that’s not going to fix problem.

Staff well manned service fast hot… Staff well manned service fast hot food. Only issues is that people use disabled bay who are not showing disabled badge leaving other to have walk longer distances to mc donalds doors. These people come in work vans and large vehicles and don’t display blue badge, i have to use drive through because of this. Service overall was quick and professional but removed a star because having ni disabled spot removes my independence. Thanks you staff
