GBI have been into R’s Koso since January… I have been into R’s Koso since January 2021 and taking it as my daily breakfast replacement. I have done 3 days cleansing schedule too and it is effective on loosing weight, improving gut health. However this product is on expensive side, hence I may want to take a break time to time in the Koso subscription to match up my budget.

GBEnjoyable So far I like the product. It tastes between plum wine and balsamic without the vinegar burn. Mixed with sparkling water it is not that bad. I look forward to the health benefits.
