I have been into R’s Koso since January… I have been into R’s Koso since January 2021 and taking it as my daily breakfast replacement. I have done 3 days cleansing schedule too and it is effective on loosing weight, improving gut health. However this product is on expensive side, hence I may want to take a break time to time in the Koso subscription to match up my budget.

Interesting taste, too expensive for me At first taste I did not like this beverage, but by day 2 I found it palatable (and a few days in I grew to like the taste). It seemed to help some with my stomach issues, but did not completely resolve my issues. For the cost, I needed it to do more.

I am a second year cancer survivor I am a second year cancer survivor and needed to get my gut back to normal. I saw and review the information from the website and had to try it. All I can say is wow! I felt on day 3 having energy! When I are, I didn’t feel so full, couldn’t move for the rest of the day. I would eat, full full, have energy, start workout and moving again. The price is what stopped me at first but totally worth every penny to be able to move and have energy again I hope this company stay in busy and help anyone with digestion issue. Thank you!!
