I see where a good many of the complaints are referring to delivery and response to problems. I've had none of this so far...

Joint pains followed soon after. Ive been talking Balance of Naturefor about a year. I feel better, sleep better, and most of all, I have no knee or shoulder pain. It takes time, but if you stay with this, the benefits are enormous.

I’m starting my 3rd order of Balance of… I’m starting my 3rd order of Balance of Nature. I do believe I’m noticing a bit more energy, and possibly just a better overall feeling. The two orders that I’ve received have both had one broken capsule in each fruit bottle which coats all the other capsules in a fine powder, and then there is one empty capsule in the bottle.

Wow, some of these reviews..... 67 yro male coming up on 6 months of use. It's not a magic bullet, folks. It wont fix your life, make your kids come visit or correct the inability to use technology to navigate the ordering process. I've had no problems with orders or customer service. The human body needs fuel to function. If you are eating a healthy diet with 6 servings a day of colorful fruits and vegetables, then you don't need this product. In my case, that is just too expensive and inconvenient. I do seem to feel better, have more energy and mental clarity. I guess the only way to tell for sure is to stop taking them for 6 months and see what happens. My only complaint is price. That is a little high for a long-term commitment but at least its consistent, unlike the cost of groceries.
