Better Recovery time Been on Balance of Nature a couple of months and have felt a significant improvement on my recovery time. I, as most elderly folks do, overextend myself and end up paying for it with sore muscles and body aches and pains. Since being on Balance of Nature, I am finding myself in a better recovery mode when I go off and do foolish things (like stuff young people do).

I'm writing this for my Father In Law… I'm writing this for my Father In Law who is 89 and lives in Long Beach California. My wife and I live on Maui, and have been taking Balance of Nature for a number of years now. He was motivated by Kathy Lee Gifford's comment of how she got her va-va-voom back, after trying BON. Yes, it is worth the money I noticed a difference immediately especially with my sinuses/ears. Over the course of about a week, I began having more energy at the end of my shifts at my restaurant job. It has been 120 days now and my body is now used to getting energy even more so from vegetables than before Balance of Nature so everytime I eat salad, my body is trained to get super energized. There have been several other miscellaneous benefits with health including my skin doing better. Also side note, sometimes I will change the dosage down to 2 caps of fruit and veges or up to four of fruits and veges. Surprised to see it is organic. In my opinion, it is worth the money because the equivalent of this many fruits and veges would be more, not to mention the hassle of finding them in stores, buying and washing them!
