The most healthy meat we’ve ever had! Chad and Julia, I took apart my Traeger pellet grill to clean it. As I was finishing up and emptying the grease trap, it was empty! It dawned on me that ever since we started buying your farm fresh local meat, I have never had anything in the grease trap when I clean the grill. As you know I grill 12 months a year and put it through a ton of use. Never having anything in the grease trap is truly a testament of the extreme high quality, healthy meat you guys provide for my family. I have been grilling for many decades and always had to empty the grease trap on a regular basis with store bought “meat,” not sure I would use that term for what we bought at grocery stores and membership clubs. Very happy with the beef and pork we have recieved The meat always so good and fresh. The butcher Krogman's Meats use is very helpful and the sausages are always so tasty. We have gotten a half cow and half hog from them and have been very pleased with both.
