After an initial problem, all is Rosy! My first order wasn’t a good experience 😢. Due to poor packing a carton of juice burst in transit, as did a packet of chocolate drink powder which meant a wet gunky mess seeped out all over the kitchen when I opened the parcel. 😡 However, Customer Services were quick to refund the spoiled items so I gave them a second chance. Subsequent orders (about 10) have been much better packed so it looks like a one-off incident. 👍🏼 Delivery has always been fairly prompt too. Obviously the stock available at any given time is limited but does vary, and I’ve been tempted to try some things I would never have tried at full price. There are often bargains to be had on many commonplace items too (Coke for example), so it’s good to stock up on such items when available.
