Good website, quality product, 3+ week delivery The website was easy to use. the shirts seem to be of good quality, but they seem to run just a little bit small. the print is of good quality. The reason for 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 is the 3+ weeks for delivery. The website said the shirts were made about 2 days after I ordered them, but it was an additional 3 weeks for delivery

No one will respond to my emails No one will respond to my emails! I am now worried this is a scam I placed an order in November 25th for a custom door hanger and haven’t gotten any shipping info! No tracking number nothing ! I emailed 3 times no response this is a Christmas gift and now after seeing some other reviews I am worried I won’t be here at all

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS -first of all am new to online purchases, therefore nervous. -I was impressed that real pet photos could be downloaded for the product I wanted. -I made two spelling mistakes, contacted customer service and they made the changes right away -I was beyond thrilled with how amazing and realistic the finish product is! -I am looking forward to future purchases with Noble pawtrait, Thank you

No product, poor customer service I ordered on the 7th of December, said it was delivered on the 20th of December, it was not delivered, I asked for proof of delivery and they sent me a picture of a random door that wasn’t mine, their communication via email is very slow and it’s now the 31st of January I’m £45 down, and my partner still has no Xmas present. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times but they keep saying it was delivered to the right area and it wasn’t, absolutely shocking customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
