Delivery did not come on time Delivery did not come on time. I selected a Saturday which was available and did not receive it until Tuesday I believe

Jerry was my sales guy at Porter ranch… Jerry was my sales guy at Porter ranch farmers market. Super friendly. So informative and knowledgeable about products. I cooked up one fish filet in my air fryer so far and it was delicious!!!

Quality and service! -

Customer service was outstanding, However... Customer service was outstanding. Julian went above and beyond the norm to expedite my order. I would have rated this experience Five Stars, but the Wagyu filets were not fully frozen (they were shipped from less than 100 miles away, and I paid for the upgraded wrap to keep them frozen), and the quality of the cut does not appear to be anywhere near the others I have purchased (in all fairness, the others were picture perfect—just like the photo in your ad).

Fantastic as always Been a customer for a couple years and always giddy when my Nordic box shows up! The product is fresh and always delicious, I highly recommend them!
