GBGreat tasting sweet or savory The shipment was delayed a few days but it was worth the wait. By following instructions I had received from someone recommending foxtail millet for congee it turned out great. 1 cup millet - Rinse 4-5 times, soak 6 hours then simmer in 6 cups water uncovered 30 minutes. I tried it as a sweet dish and as a savory one and both tasted great. You can make a big pot and refrigerate and it heats up nicely.

GBYum!!! So glad I stumbled on this website. I have missed hot cereal since going grain free. So far I have made shrimp and “grits” and “cream of wheat” and the millet and sorghum were fantastic substitutes. Ordering was easy shipping was fast - will definitely be ordering more!
