Sadly, I will no longer be purchasing from this company In general, I had loved their products. Unfortunately , not long ago they changed the look and name of their Sleep Boost. The photo, to me, was deceptive since I had purchased the formula before in the older packaging. The photo made it look like the bottles were the same size, however when I received the new version, the bottle was much smaller and there were only 60 capsules, down from 90 (no price change). Recently I purchased several bottles of their SOD and two of the Intelligent Skin (both on sale). Several days after I placed the order, another email came out regarding a change in their sales policy (making it sound like it was hurting their profits) and another regarding my order. All of the SOD I’d ordered was cancelled and refunded. No reason given, leading me to assume it must have cut to much into their bottom line. If they were out, they could have notified me and they COULD have sent them out later. I have no problem with a business changing their sales format; I do take issue in the sequence of these events. Just the whole manner in which this was done, the seeming lack of honor in their ordering process, and the complete lack of explanation or apology (the SOD was for several people) soured me. I, sadly, will be unsubscribing and looking for another supplier.

The best! The best products I've ever found in my purchases in over 4 countries. The products are the best I have ever found in my shopping around the world, but there is a logistical problem. There is some difficulty in finding a method that makes the product reach me. It's not as simple as it looks and I'm willing to help, because I want the product and I work in the logistics field.

The product is what my Dr ordered but… The product is what my Dr ordered but it needs to be refrigerated. You folks ship via USPS who is extremely slow compared to the others and it usually arrives without any cooling agent remaining. I assume it still has a valid shelf life after being shipped partially refrigerated. That is why I rated it average rather than the highest level.

Great product! Great organic freeze dried product! Love the wooden spoon! Shipping was a little confusing, received a DHL shipping confirmation, but product , which was well packaged was actually shipped USPS.

They were very prompt in communicating at all times, shipped quickly and quickly and efficiently corrected a mistake. As an added bonus, they included sample products that they felt I might like.
