At the actual event, Joe was great with the client team and made it a super fun experience. The staff they brought on were professional, fun, knowledgeable, and organized. Another Amazing Experience!!! This event was perfect for our group & perfect for our location. Joe did a great job helping us select the type of event tailored to our needs & then worked with the museums directly to tailor our entire SmartHunt to our local museum. Our groups were engaged, laughing & enjoying the afternoon together completing the challenges & earning their points. As always, our facilitator Dan delivered the entire event with humor, pop-up challenges & keeping the teams on their toes. If you're on the fence... Do it! From the very beginning, Bryan and the team at SmartHunts was absolutely wonderful. They let us know exactly how things would go, were transparent and clear with pricing, and on the day of our team had a FANTASTIC time running around Boston with Joe leading the pack. SmartHunts was simply fantastic SmartHunts was simply fantastic. We used their services as a team building exercise for new employees who had recently relocated to Boston. Not only did it help them to better know their new home, but was a really fun way to build team morale! The customer service from SmartHunts was exemplary!
