Received rancid almonds I was hosting Thanksgiving and I ordered these sea salt and cracked pepper almonds because I remember they were delightful but the package I received tasted rancid and numerous guests indicated so. When I tasted them myself, I agreed. I've ordered from Pizootz before and this hasn't happened, but it was disappointing for sure. I haven't called them about it yet due to the holiday weekend but plan to.

Their peanuts are excellent Terrible Customer Service & Slow Shipping Their peanuts are excellent! The best tasting ever but their customer service is the worst! They forget to ship part of your order, they ignore your email correspondence, it’s so frustrating! There is no phone number to call and all emails go unanswered. If you go on social media you will see numerous people complaining of the same thing. I will say once they recognize they made a mistake they do make it right but it takes a long time for that to happen. If they could just improve their problems I would give them 5 stars because the product deserves it.
