I highly recommend the Dirty Balls for pre or post workout snacks or to satisfy that after lunch/before dinner snacking habit. The granola is out of this world. Happy to find that it tastes wonderful Happy to find that it tastes wonderful! In addition to my coffee, I've been adding it to my rice pudding to kick it up a little. I've only had it for a short time but I seem to be less "headachy" which is remarkable and I hope it will continue to improve my migraine prone self! I will be ordering more for myself and my best friend who suffers from Lyme disease.

I know it's good for me because of all the natural ingredients, it tastes great and it has also helped my joints as an added benefit. So far, I've also tried the dirty balls for a quick breakfast or as a snack they are really good and the granola is delicious I will be ordering again soon!!
