As a long distance runner and mountain climber I am always looking for things that give me sustained energy without making my heart race. This always does the trick, with the caffeine of the cold brew hitting quickly the cbd keeping me calm and focused. At first I had to get used to the tartness of cold brew but I really learned to appreciate it. So I keep them chilled and shoot them in one shot. Wish they sold Chill Brew in more places, but I just make sure that I keep enough I my fridge so I can grab one whenever I need.
