Bye Shipt, Hello GRABBA CART Ok so I came across this post this morning and figured I’d give it a try. I had originally accessed the site thru one of the links above and had to grab my card and couldn’t find my cart 🤦🏽‍♀️. Grabba cart contacted me immediately! I explained the situation and invoice was sent over. Once I paid I was advised groceries would be here between 2-230, yalllll it’s not even 1 and my groceries are here!!! Excellent customer service and I will be contacting Shipt to cancel my subscription! I’m going GRABBACART from here going forward!! 🥳🥳🥳

Placed my order before business hours, was contacted shortly after opening, even asked if I needed to add anything to my order before the shopper started (which is great because I’m constantly forgetting something), shopper kept me up to date, & order was delivered on time!

My order was delivered on-time and I was in constant communication with my shopper--who provided instant feedback on any unavailable items & even provided pictures of available substitutions. The owner even personally followed up to verify that my order was delivered to my satisfaction. I definitely can't wait to use them again!!

Great experience Today is my day off and I refused to go anywhere. I clicked onto Grabbacart and did my shopping and within an hour my items were here. I didn't have to go anywhere and I'm completely satisfied with the service.

I was hesitant because I couldn’t find… I was hesitant because I couldn’t find many reviews but I’m glad I went ahead and ordered! The website was easy to navigate and I got my items fast. I had remembered last minute that I forgot to add Bread and I was able to message them to get it added. Highly recommend this company.
