Recently emailed to ask if they had replacement cover for the GPS tracking unit, they responded almost immediately and are sending me the replacement part. No questions asked & no additional fees. Superb Service The people at ClearPath have been very friendly and accommodating. The service offers many useful features, however initially our primary goal was not met by the service. We were very pleased at the efforts expended to make sure that we could get total daily driving hours reported for each driver. Our drivers do not have dedicated vehicles, so reports for each truck weren't meeting our needs. Jen and Erika worked quickly to provide a macro that will satisfy our needs until a new report option is rolled out for users.
