GPS success! ClearPath GPS has helped us to monitor where our vehicles and drivers are at any time. It has also allowed us to keep our customers better informed as to when they can expect our technicians, and we’ve been able to find the most efficient way to handle any last minute work orders. From a safety perspective, it also helps for our drivers to know we are monitoring them and their driving behavior while they’re out in the field. We use it a lot more than I thought we would!

Superb Service The people at ClearPath have been very friendly and accommodating. The service offers many useful features, however initially our primary goal was not met by the service. We were very pleased at the efforts expended to make sure that we could get total daily driving hours reported for each driver. Our drivers do not have dedicated vehicles, so reports for each truck weren't meeting our needs. Jen and Erika worked quickly to provide a macro that will satisfy our needs until a new report option is rolled out for users.

John was willing to go above and beyond… John was willing to go above and beyond to help with things past the initial reason for chatting in. He helped with getting new devices ordered and did some work to make sure setting them up will be as easy as possible. A wonderful support experience.

Driver Profiles Disappeared I reached out to see why I wasn't able to view and modify driver profiles. While I wasn't happy with the reasoning or the fact that there wasn't much I could do, it wasn't Tom's fault. He answered questions to the best of his ability and made me feel like he understood my concern.
