GBMakes life easier! LittleSpoon has been amazing to alleviate the pressure to have quality food for our child constantly! The biteable plates were great for early food introduction because I knew the food was the right size for our daughter. I love that they prioritize vegetables and quality food for kids! It's a win for everyone!

GBMy sons’s package was left at the wrong… My sons’s package was left at the wrong house. The delivery company said they won’t do anything to help and to contact little spoon. Little spoon took time to respond and said they will give me a a resend next week….that doesn’t cover him now! The person that the delivery guy said had it, showed the video that no one came. Dishonest company. Waste of money. I needed the food and they are unreliable

GBFantastic Smoothies!!!! Little spoon smoothies have been such a blessing in my home. We have a daughter with special dietary needs so it can be difficult to find nutritious options that are still tasty. She loves the smoothies and I love that there are so many dairy free options. I would suggest the smoothies to anyone as I have tried them with 4 different kiddos and all of them loved the taste!

GBBAIT and SWITCH : 1 order required! I had an unfortunate experience with Little Spoon. I accessed the website through my phone and had to sign up to view the menu. I made a profile and perused their meal options. After viewing, I wasn't interested in putting in an order - however, when you make a profile you are signed up for a recurring delivery...I called the following morning and shared this information with them requesting to cancel everything. The customer service rep said that I needed to complete 1 delivery order before they could cancel. This felt completely BAIT AND SWITCH - and unethical. I called within 15 hours of making a profile...and they REQUIRED a purchase from me before they could cancel. Part of building your profile is providing card information...also, BAIT N SWITCH - red flag. I kindly shared that when using a phone to navigate their website, you have to make a profile to view their full menu. I sent screenshots, as well. There was a clear lack of willingness to address any of my concerns or provide any assistance. I was met with attitude and indifference. It would have made all the sense in the world to simply close my account (again less than 24 hours after making the account), however, they refused to do this and instead pushed the delivery through...which will be disputed through my bank. I received the food delivery - and sadly, the quality of their food items was akin to the attitude of their customer service teams - bland, uninspired, and lacking in any sense of care. Their toddler plates are extremely dry - making it hard for kids who are still getting their teeth in to really enjoy much. I found myself having to make side dishes to add to their plates (so we don't waste food) so my twins could eat it. I had rosemary chicken and turkey kale dishes delivered. This is such a meaningful industry to contribute to - so many parents out there need healthy food options for their little ones...and Little Spoon really has missed the mark...
