Only received 1 of 2 products paid for. I sent this email to the company 4 days ago and still have not heard anything: I just received my shipment with only 1 product. The itemized receipt in the box states Quantity 1. I purchased 2 of these fresheners. Is the second one coming or was this a small oversight? Please advise. Thank you,

I have been unable to find this product… I have been unable to find this product at my usual source. Was so delighted to find I could get a long-term supply. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thank you for your good service.

Great service Great service. My only advice is for you to send shipping notification when the product has shipped and have someone available to answer calls for advice.

I never received my order I never received my order. I contacted customer service who told me first I would have to contact UPS. I contacted them again and then they told me that it looks like my order shipped to the wrong address that it got switched with someone else’s order. And he was going to send me out a new order that day. That was two weeks ago and I still don’t have my order. Now I’ve had to file a claim with PayPal because they stopped answering my emails.
