Terrible experience Terrible experience. Food arrives late and in a terrible condition . Open jars , leaking and have been on the UPS truck for half day. Couldn’t feed this to my daughter . Terrible customer service as well. They didn’t refund correctly. So I lost money and the food: very unprofessional!

Purées ok, but not worth terrible customer service and late deliveries Purées were mostly okay- some are way to watery to be served on their own. I started running into issues with the bites. Most were crumbled or mashed when they arrived, having defrosted along the way. They also have TERRIBLE customer service. I regret not switching to another company sooner. Also, my toddler who was never and is still not a picky eater didn’t like most of their bites. When I tasted them, I couldn’t blame him.

The shipping has gotten worse as the… The shipping has gotten worse as the weeks pass by. I used to get it every Monday the it switched to tuesdays now I dont Even know when I’ll get the food. They’re getting pretty unreliable and consistency of food changes weekly. Either super watery or too solid. I tried The bites and some bites just came all mushy and watery.

SCAM OF A COMPANY WEBSITE IS EXTREMELY GLITCHY. Paid for a month's order. Baby HATED the food so i paused after 2 weeks. they automatically sent 3rd week after 2 weeks of being paused with 0 notification or warning. I called to complain, i talked to their online chat. they just dismissed me and ended the conversation. What a freaken waste of money.

Customer Service Unreliable- Not worth it The baby food- amazing (although I agree with most recent reviews that it has gotten watered down the last 2 weeks). Customer service- TERRIBLE. They make mistakes, they don't get back to us, the food might arrive Monday, it might arrive late Wednesday and most recently it arrived Thursday. SO unreliable which sucks when you're a full time working parent. One time the seal was broken on a jar, another time the jar was unlabeled. It's just been a poor experience which is a shame because the food was great- they pack in protein, fiber, greens but it's like snuck in there so my son loved it and was getting nutrients. Recently they sent some vague email about how they are changing their food service and our subscription would be suspended but the details on the change were so confusing and vague. Would not recommend the hassle and headache.
