AUStill not here 😔😔 I ordered my package on the 6th of july. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I live in Australia yes but even with that should be taking no more the 14 days tops. I have read so many good reviews on this product but unless they can fix the ahipping issues then i wont be buying again

ESTerrible Shipping and Customer Service I wanted to like the products but it is hard to when you have no product to try!!. My first order came with no problems. However my second order...over 3 months later and still nothing!! I have been extremely patient and polite to them regarding this and after 2 months I got a refund. They advised that this delay in delivery was not acceptable to them and they would send me out another order. This order I had to chase and was advised that apparently it was customs fault (again!) and that another order would be sent. I was given a tracking number and when I reached out to the CEO who was/is supposedly dealing this the issue asking why the product is showing as being in Madrid since 19.08.21 the response was: "Our shippers have indicated that this item is in Spain, once it received by customs and the Spanish Post it is their responsibility to scan the package in their country." No apology no responsibility taken nothing. Admittedly the product has been sent as FOC as sign of good faith I guess for the previous issues that took 2 months before anything was sorted but it is now over 3 months and still no product. Not to mention all of the time and effort I had put into trying to build a business with them creating 4 dedicated social media platforms, which I have informed them off and nothing, they just avoid replying to that. I say 'they' and I am talking about the CEO. Customer services when they were involved at the beginning did not have a clue as to what was actually happening! This is the first time I have ever written a review like this but I am extremely hurt and let down. Unless you have lots of time and spare money I would think twice before ordering from them especially if you are outside of the UK. One of their senior reps would continue to blame everything on Brexit but I fail to see what that has to do with a product from America coming to Spain! ------ UPDATE (in response to reply). I did point out that you sent out a product FOC as a sign of good faith. As for zero investment, it is a shame that you hold such little regard to peoples time...that is a WHOLE LOT of investment as you well know and repeatedly say. PLUS what about the people who need product to activate the account and then the upkeep when customers are not buying/receiving product let alone the rep! Is that your standard reply to those that have paid for a product...sorry but its not our fault its the pandemic and customs and so on. This is not actually the case for other companies as I have had deliveries from America for all sorts of different products supplements included (due to no delivery from yourselves) and these have been processed and been received within a week, 2 at the most. Thank you for your well wishes though! ------ OCTOBER 15TH 2021 AND STILL NO ORDER DELIVERED 5 MONTHS OF WAITING!!!!!! ------ In reply to your comment please read my original review and with regards to shipping in my country, it's a bit odd that your head lead person who lives in the same country as me seems to have no problems receiving her orders! You have taken care of her very well and as for me as someone that was trying to start a business with you...well. Also I have been tracking my order which is why I know it was returned back to you on a couple of days ago and didn't make it through customs...why is that?

GBABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY Never in my 6 years in this industry have I come across anything so professional. From the amazing owners who have huge amounts of business experience to the top leaders who give out the most amazing support and training. FDA approved facilty, no bulk buying, no stock holding, no getting into debt. This company is BRAND new, debt free and have the most amazing natural and holistic products which can benefit people in so many ways. Super professional in every way and I am so glad to be a part of it.

GBWebsite lacks functionality After seven messages (which Nutonic have now deleted, don't worry I took screenshots for posterity) from Nutonic I tried the website again and still found the following: The website doesn't work properly. The links to shop or view products don't work, had to use the view basket option to get to the products. Then when looking at the products they don't have any details. The links to support, join and info about the company work though. Have you tried looking at your site on a mobile...most companies go with a mobile first approach for this very reason. So glad you managed to finally put together an almost professional reply but your limited understanding of punctuation has let you down. And no, my phone is perfectly fine, in fact I tried it on multiple mobile devices so you can keep your offer of $100 to buy a new phone. Plus I love my Samsung S21 ultra, it's awesome. Nice try Nutonic trying to figure out where I live, but you're about 300miles off so don't even try to blame your website's lack of functionality on mobile signal especially since we have the magic of WiFi. So apparently supplements fall within "food" so FDA approval is not needed, but this means that Products containing hidden drugs are also sometimes falsely marketed as dietary supplements which is probably why I can't find product details. I noticed that your super fancy product booklet doesn't have any details either. The amount of "sales" advertised on FB seem very odd considering the obvious lack of functionality on the website. And no, I'm not a competitor, I know very little about supplements but I do have a solid background in Ecommerce and Eretail, so well done to Trust pilot for recognising a legitimate review. But thank you for going into great detail about how your products contain ingredients that are not really supposed to be sold in the UK?! Not sure why the reply from Nutonic refers so much to "dirty laundry". I went to the site on my mobile and now I'm giving feedback. Significant functionality for actually selling products on the site are not working, but instead of investigating I'm being told about ingredients that impact the SNS and being accused of being a competitor. And wow I'm so impressed by the owners of the company...not! Fix your site. Sell products that are legal in the UK. 2 simple bits of feedback. And something to note, all the positive comments aren't from customers who are driven to the site or stumble across it by accident, they are all from Nutonic distributors. Now I'm not just making that up, they even state in their reviews about being part of the mlm and how awesome it is. Do you even have legitimate customers? And if so, where are their honest reviews of the products? And please stop asking for my personal details - I don't need a new friend or someone harassing me night and day to prove that their products are safe. "The lady doth protest too much, methinks". Now I think this review has gone on long enough and I will no longer be replying or reading Nutonic comments...so please get a proper job and leave me alone. You should try looking up legitimate companies to see how they reply to feedback, because your replies come across as uneducated, juvenile and seriously unprofessional. Don't you have a marketing department that deals with these things...or a "founder" that isn't a life coach but actually has a PR/marketing background? I sent a legitimate review and have been bombarded with replies full of bad grammar and silly comments about being a competitor.

GBFalse claims. Nutonic didn’t even want to know! Edited - Nutonic have replied asking me to email - I have emailed Nutonic re Leaping Bunny and had a reply from them that never answered my question. I sent a further email on 1st June and had no response. I’ve also contacted reps individually on Facebook to advise of their wrong information re all products being vegan, who have politely responded to say they’ll edit posts yet they never do! I’m not chasing this anymore via Nutonic and Distributors - I’ve tried and tried again but to no avail. It appears the only way to get responses from Nutonic are via this platform, yet they give the illusion of really wanting to know however they don’t want to know when it’s not on this public forum and when it’s in a 1:1 email conversation. I have contacted nutonic a couple of times as their distributors are not being 100% honest. A lot of distributors are claiming the products have “leaping bunny stamp approval” yet I’ve contact Leaping Bunny and this is not correct - in fact they’d never heard of Nutonic! Nutonic gave some generic response to me without answering my question. A lot of distributors have posted ALL products are vegan too yet this isn’t correct. Again, a lot still posting they are FDA approved but this isn’t correct. Nutonic stated publicly they would support with removing false claims by distributors but when I’ve contacted them privately they didn’t want to know / reply to my questions. Please do your own research before buying these products... the reviews are all distributors / partners of distributors. I was going to say not actual customers, however I believe their only customers are distributors. Awkward!!
