CAMega savers is a great place to shop… Mega savers is a great place to shop and their customer service is very helpful. I had a misunderstanding with picking up my auction items and they solved it for me.

CAbad experienced i had a bad experiece with this megasavers outlet edmonton,i bought a meatcutter but the design of meat cutter is not the one im looking for,i tried to return back the next day still on box but they dont want to giveback the money,they only want you to get anything in the store same amount of the meat cutter they said if on sale is auction you cant return but the meat cutter is not on sale.im waiting for 4hrs to talk to saleslady and try to explain my side,but they say email the customer service.no phone number to phone you dont know if you can get reply on the same day,never to go on this store anymore,hope the marketplace do something on this store to expose their modus.ist time experienced in canada that you cant return the item.

USWould have given zerooooo if possible Would have given zerooooo if possible. Two locations in Omaha haven't given me my 5cent off & when I brought it to clerks attention one of them handled it nicely while the other did nothing. Cashier took off 1 cent and the pump showed full price! When I prepay the pump shows the 5 cent off when done right.

CAZERO STARS!! ZERO STARS!! Quite upset with the auction portion, I won items and firstly was very excited. I had to travel over 100km to collect them when I got home, I was missing an item. Secondly, one item was a knock off item but before bidding on them I double checked photos and description to ensure they weren't but they were. Thirdly, one item was not the same color as the picture of the item. And lastly, an item that said it was brand new, came broken. I have tried reaching out multiple times but I never got an answer on what to do or how to get money back.

CAVery disappointed in the Gazebo & the… Very disappointed in the Gazebo & the non response to my many emails and messages to the Mega Saver's Outlet company. My Wife and Daughter went into the Edmonton Store and purchased a Gazebo. 2 Gentlemen came out to put it all together for us. While putting it together the wire broke and the wind up thing that makes the umbrella go up and down does not work. One of the guys came back the next day to fix it. It did work for a few days and after 3 times only of opening and closing it.... The wire broke again. I think that the guy just did a patch job to get it working. I have left several messages and emails to this company to see if we could get a guy out to fix it. I have had no response from anyone from Mega Save's Outlet. I even went into the Edmonton Store to talk to a Manager and I was told that because it was over 14 days that I would have to email head office at Customer Service. Like I stated before No one has gotten back to me, I have left my Cell number and my email address. I really would love some one from Mega Saver's Outlet to get in touch with me and stand behind the product you are selling. Just got an email back finally from Customer Service and in a nut shell they said because it broke because of installation mistake there is nothing we can do. My reply to them was that it was people at there store that come out to put it together and broke it... Not me... Nothing we could do, nice answer. Great Customer Service. ( Not ) I will never buy anything from this place again and I will warn all of you not to as well. You will not be taken care of... Buyer beware.
