Stuart has been the bomb! Stuart has been the bomb! He has answered every phone call and message and answered all of our crazy questions without fail. The facetime walk-through of different products and software available made it easy to choose what we needed. We had one issue with a screen not working upon arrival, but Stuart and Brilliant POS next day delivered a new, functional screen with no issues. Will definitely recommend to any other business owners in the market for new POS systems.

Great Customer Service! Matt Tilson has been extremely helpful with my understanding of the POS Clover system. I feel he has answered all my questions and provided info that I would not have thought to ask. I especially appreciate that he checks in to see if I need anything but is not pushy. I look forward to working with him while setting up my POS as I know he can explain things well and give me analogies to help me understand all I need know. Appreciate his expertise! The date only allows one day and I have had contact with Matt multiple times.
