Delivery (NE to CA) efficient, 2nd Day Air/UPS (1st order dry ice all evaporated on delivery, but all meat frozen; 2nd order, some dry ice left, meat frozen). I ordered Grass Fed & Finished Sirloin Filet, Stir Fry and Stew, leaner cuts. I've eaten the Filet & Stir Fry, so far, and excellent flavor, tender & moist; plus convenience of the sliced Stir Fry. I am assuming the Stew will be great as well. Cooking that one soon. Love their sales! I am a household of one, many delivery services do not offer very lean cuts, or portions suitable for me, or are sold out of what I want when time to purchase.
