Guiseppe's Customer Service Exceeded my Expectations Guiseppe was extremely polite, friendly and has excellent communication skills - as well as was confident and knowledgeable. I called because I needed to learn how to credit a partial invoice for a customer. He not only helped me learn how to do this, but he asked if I had the time, he could show me around the Payjunction portal. I did not even know the portal existed prior to this call. Guiseppe helped take me through the salient portal items that I may find helpful. He was patient and positive. If everyone at Payjunction gives customer service like Guiseppe, you will only have happy customers!

Support team member was excellent in… Support team member was excellent in providing additional knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel rushed to get out of the call, he took his time to ensure to guide me through my ticket. Team member even asked if I had any additional questions. Highly recommend this Team member as an example of excellent customer service.

Best service, man deserves a raise!!!! Mr. Castenetto was very knowledgeable about the system and diagnosing is over the phone. He is a major asset for your customer support team, he had us up and running in less than 20min fantastic!!! Give this man a raise asap.
