NO MORE BREAKFAST CUSTOMIZING I was ready to place my 5th order because I loved their service and food. I had my favorites that I would re-order. I loved that you could customize your meals. I loved their breakfasts and that you could customize them because most have items on them that I do not like. But all of a sudden you can no longer customize breakfasts so I can no longer order from them. I don't really understand why they would make such a drastic change and ruin a good thing when they had it. Well, they just lost a good customer that would have ordered for years to come.

I’ve had different take-home food… I’ve had different take-home food services and without a doubt these guys are the best. I bought it for my family and I ended up eating and then re-ordering because I enjoyed it so much.

Disappointed meals were frozen on arrival I was hoping to eat one of my meals when they arrived but frozen ( did not expect that! Instructions on separating items to reheat very strange for a microwaved dinner. Ate a meal tonight when thawed favor was good but the heating directions? The steak some slices were cold and that was the same items! No direction as to removing or peeling back the film

At least it was edible. The experience was ruined before I even got to try the food. I made it plain over and over and over that I needed it delivered to my front door I have medical issues that’s why I used the service. After call and call and assurance from them and contacting FedEx they stop did not to what they promised. I know they don’t control FedEx but t I made a point over and over and still. So caveat emptor. Well the food is at least edible so there is that I just can’t leave the house to pick it up.
