GBI absolutely LOVE THESE MEALS I absolutely LOVE THESE MEALS. They taste so good and I love that you can very easily tell every single ingredient in the food, including spices, to help with any food sensitivities. The only reason I am giving four stars is because shipping is so expensive. Hopefully the company will continue to grow so they can reduce consumer shipping costs somehow in the future.

GBEat The 80 was recommended by my doctor… Eat The 80 was recommended by my doctor who wanted me to lower my intake of sodium and inflammatory foods to help with my blood pressure and occasionally severe eczema. Eat The 80's cost per meal is pretty high compared to cooking at home, but it takes all the work out of maintaining a more balanced diet. And I have been pleasantly surprised by how tasty the meals are. The investment in my long-term health has made this worth it for me, and it sure beats paying for a nutritionist and private chef!

GBI have used the service for a good part… I have used the service for a good part of a year. Deliver of product is great. Quality of product varies. I have had really good luck w/ the quality of the pulled pork and bbq beef dishes. I have had less luck with the other dishes (reoccurring sand/dirt bits on potatoes in meal). Overall, presentation of meals online are not what is delivered. Online meals are well separated and presented. In reality, items blend together in the final product and LARGE amounts of liquid exist after properly reheating the dinners.

GBVariety for whole30 I liked this meal service since it had much more variety compared to other one in terms of selection. The only thing that I would suggest changing is if there can more variety added after two weeks otherwise it get monotonous easpically with diet plans like whole30

GBHappy! Delivery was good and I liked that the location and time table of the driver was texted to me. My Dad enjoyed one of the meals immediately for lunch and said the food was tasty and the portion size good. He did mention that the rice in the dish was too spicy. Any chance of having level of spice choices or option to leave off sauces?
