GBReally expensive and customer service unwilling to help out. I’ve been ordering from them for years but when the cost of a smoothy hit $10 I started skipping orders. Somehow the last time I logged in to skip an order, my subscription got changed to 7 each of the 3 smoothie flavors I like (maybe in my purse like a butt dail?). I now have no room for anything but smoothies in my freezer and am short $200. Their Customer service wouldn’t do anything for me.

GBLoyal customer to Daily Harvest for… Loyal customer to Daily Harvest for 5+yrs. They always provided me with my smoothies when I wanted and a simple "skip" when I didn't. The problem is: After being a loyal, consecutive customer for 5+ years, however, they suddenly just started charging my card and sending boxes of smoothies - abruptly stopping their text reminders. I called and was told these charges were non-refundable, citing the fact that I'd been a "long time customer, no longer eligible to receive 'skip text' options". This is absurdity, complete opposite of customer loyalty, faulting as opposed to rewarding loyalty. They didn't flinch in fact seemed happy that I was canceling. What a joke, again I do believe they've been bought out. Yrs ago I had a similar experience, they forgot to send the "skip" reminder text, were super apologetic and comped the order due to their mistake. Now they're above that. Especially to long time loyal customers. Trust me use another good hearted company that hasn't sold out like this.

GBMissing food and late delivery I ordered Daily harvest because of the hype. Unfortunately, they did not include all the food I ordered such as the cookie balls, almond milk and on top of this two containers of the food had broken and all the ingredients were loose in the box. You need better packaging or at least better quality control. Also, it was a day late and came on Wednesday instead of the promised Tuesday.

GBSo many tasty VGFNF options...amazing! Appreciated the many vegan, gluten-free and nut-free options, I tried all of them. The food was fresh. The packaging was minimal and mostly recyclable. I tried the options as is and look forward to trying the recipes in the future.

GBI have thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies… I have thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies and forager bowels. The staff has been helpful in assisting me with dietary restrictions. I definitely would give then 8 stars!
