Decadent taste without the guilt I’ve tried other meal prep services and I’ve been underwhelmed by the taste and presentation. Meals of Steel really changed my perspective from the moment I tried my first meal (shrimp scampi). They make their meals taste and look decadent without the guilt. I love that they rotate their menu weekly, thus taking the boring out of healthy eating.

Surprisingly tasty The meals are surprisingly tasty. Simple and delicious recipes, less than 2 minutes in the microwave, and most of all no mandatory subscription. Each meal is lean and protein-based. Exactly what you need after an intense workout.

I absolutely love the meals I… I absolutely love the meals I purchased. My absolute favorite would be the chicken tacos! They have so much taste and the side of rice that comes with it is delicious. What also makes this experience pleasant is the service is so kind and trustworthy. Definitely quick and easy DELICIOUS meals for my every day busy work and school life.

Experience from a WFH customer I initially looked into Meals of Steel due to my busy work schedule. Ordering, delivery (and eating!) was all extremely convenient for me. Controlling my diet was secondary, but a nice plus, since each meal is listed with nutritional info. What stood out to me: Variety - the menu changes each week and has ample options to fill up to 3 meals a day if necessary. I would not be able to find the time to make all these unique (and tasty) meals otherwise. Service - communication after ordering, delivery, and feedback was great. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try to see how it fits your lifestyle / schedule.

I had been not getting enough calories… I have been not getting enough calories and my personal trainer recommended this food service. Not only is it absolutely delicious but as a really busy teacher, I finally have time to eat quick and healthy lunches. I even got my fiancé to eat these meals with me. We love them and they give us more time together <3 Thank you! We are switching to getting all of our weekday lunches and dinners with this service <3
