I would have preferred larger meals, but there is a need to keep calories down, so smaller portions make sense. Packaging was good with minimal pieces to deal with. Containers are similar to Tupperware and can be reused.

Decadent taste without the guilt I’ve tried other meal prep services and I’ve been underwhelmed by the taste and presentation. Meals of Steel really changed my perspective from the moment I tried my first meal (shrimp scampi). They make their meals taste and look decadent without the guilt. I love that they rotate their menu weekly, thus taking the boring out of healthy eating.

I absolutely love the meals I… I absolutely love the meals I purchased. My absolute favorite would be the chicken tacos! They have so much taste and the side of rice that comes with it is delicious. What also makes this experience pleasant is the service is so kind and trustworthy. Definitely quick and easy DELICIOUS meals for my every day busy work and school life.

I had been not getting enough calories… I have been not getting enough calories and my personal trainer recommended this food service. Not only is it absolutely delicious but as a really busy teacher, I finally have time to eat quick and healthy lunches. I even got my fiancé to eat these meals with me. Better than expected So I gave it a 4 star simply on the taste of the food. While some of the recipes weren't too bad and actually quite delightful, some lacked serious seasonings like the chicken enchiladas and the chilaquiles. The delivery went smooth, and the driver was able to communicate efficiently. I like the fact that when your next order arrives they pick up the insulated bags and ice packs from the previous order so they don't go to waste. The portions were decent especially if you're trying to lose weight. Overall it was a good experience to try Meals Of Steel.
