Meals were DELICIOUS 😋 Meals were as described, unlike others I've encountered. Food arrived fresh and was all very tasty; really love the portions and options offered!!! Highly recommend after trying many other prepped meals out there.

Delicious Consistently good options for meals. I have my favorites, so I tend to wait and order for those weeks. Thank you for making my life easier!! I would ask for an even larger size meal. My husband is bulking and is still hungry post meal.

I had been not getting enough calories… I have been not getting enough calories and my personal trainer recommended this food service. Not only is it absolutely delicious but as a really busy teacher, I finally have time to eat quick and healthy lunches. I even got my fiancé to eat these meals with me. Decadent taste without the guilt I’ve tried other meal prep services and I’ve been underwhelmed by the taste and presentation. Meals of Steel really changed my perspective from the moment I tried my first meal (shrimp scampi). They make their meals taste and look decadent without the guilt. I love that they rotate their menu weekly, thus taking the boring out of healthy eating.
