Timely recommendation Perhaps the only recommendation would be to choose to have the meal delivered within a suggested timeframe. The meal I ordered was a gift for a family with a new baby. Because it was Valentines Day, I ordered early, but they also received it early and it’s hard to reheat a burger.

ASAP is the total package! I use ASAP to deliver food to a friend that cares for her husband who has Alzheimer’s. The ASAP app has a lot of restaurants to choose from and shows me when my order is sent to the restaurant, when it is being prepared and when it’s delivered. The driver has always been excellent. I think ASAP is a wonderful service for people who need food delivered!

Never Again... ASAP changed from delivery of carryout while my order was being processed. I was unable to pick up the food and it was not delivered. I tried to get a refund and was denied. Been a customer for four years and will never use again. Way to lose a customer over $44...also the restaurant used is no longer going to use them. DoorDash has turned out to be much better and I have deleted all ASAP apps!
