Best HEALTHY Meal Delivery in Miami! I have been getting lunch and dinner delivery 5x/week for the last 2 months or so and have ZERO complaints! Delivery is always at the same time, and just as expected. They were even able to hold a delivery for me while I was out of town so I would not miss any meals. Reps are super responsive via text whenever a need arises. Finally (and most importantly) the food is good and healthy! I have tried other meal delivery services and this one is definitely the best option I have found for staying lean. Others often overserved/ portions were large and mass produced no matter what plan you picked. I stick to the weight loss plan with AthleticsFit so that I have a little room to cheat with dessert which works perfect for me! Thanks to them I have been able to stay on track with my diet.

Great Service and food Great healthy food. Easy friendly service. I recommend 100%. My only concern and observation is, I feel terrible about the single use plastic containers for every meal. I wonder if there’s a sturdy cardboard option to avoid excess plastic waste.

AthleticsFit - Highly recommend AthleticsFit is great. My work schedule doesn’t leave me with much free time to meal prep so I’ve tried a few different meal plan services to help before landing on AthleticsFit as my favorite. I use the athlete plan to get some extra protein but keep calories on the conservative side. The food is always delicious and healthy and the delivery service is 100% reliable. Doesn’t get any easier. Highly recommend them!

This company is amazing I kid you not… This company is amazing I kid you not the food is so yummy and healthy, ontop of that the prices are unbeatable.... no other meal prep service will take care of you and will want you to keep buying other than this one. Definitely sticking with them and buying weekly. I’m hooked.
