A couple of steps behind Pros: the Prep work is consistent and I'm able to hit my nutrition goals. Cons: I'm really allergic to tree nuts so the option are limited on my end. Additional the website UI isn't too he best and the subscription rate was going to charge us for another round of meals before we even tasted the food. With that being said the taste was 3.5 because some of the green beans are blached..I'm assuming it's done to keep down the salt levels. Overall it's okay product but it's missing a couple of steps to make me a regular.

My last order I was disappointed in my last order, it did not live up to previous orders. No flavor, smaller portions. If it had flavor I wouldn't have minded the smaller portion. Up till now I loved the meals, convenience, & variety!

Great variety & delicious meals I’ve tried almost all the well known meal prep companies out there, because of my travels and busy schedule, and QuickFresh seems to be the one that provides the greatest variety and most the food is delicious. The meals can help anyone lose weight sustainably, without feeling like you’re on a “Diet”. Highly recommend!

Completely Competent Cooks & Coaches At first I was intimidated and frustrated with QuickFresh website. I’m not techie at all. Placed double order and made several mistakes. But the coaches stuck with me, knowledgeable, kind and patient. For health reasons, I need a Keto diet, and it wasn’t working on my own, so I really needed this to work for me. The bonus is that the Keto food is fantastic, full of flavor, soooo easy into the microwave, packaging is easy, cleanup is easy. This food doesn’t taste like a microwave dinner. Generous, satisfying meals with amazing flavors and crunches! And reasonably priced. I feel like I have my own Chef! 👨‍🍳
