GBTasty meals and smoothies … I have ordered many times from splendid spoon. Started with the smoothies which I very much enjoyed. I order meals from Market place and I like that I do not have to subscribe (can order as needed). I like the variety of meals, flavors and portion sizes. They recently changed their packaging to be more sustainable. I would recommend Splendid spoon!

GBTwo years of great vegan food I've been ordering from Splendid Spoon Marketplace for two years. They are the only vegan/gluten-free service I have found that does not require a subscription. The marketplace is expensive, but it's completely hassle-free. I order once or twice a month to meet the free shipping threshold, choosing a mix of meals, bowls, and occasional low-sugar smoothies. The food is good, and portions are reasonable. Shipping is prompt and while the dry ice is evaporated sometimes, the boxes are insulated well and my food has always still been frozen. Customer service has been excellent. Within the past year, two orders had missing items because they ran out. Those were refunded before the order even arrived. They also cheerfully refunded me when a dish arrived in a crushed tray, and when they sent an incorrect item. They just asked for pictures, which is reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and will continue to get some of my food there.

GBConstant downhill spiral This company is progressively going downhill. 3 out of the last 4 deliveries I have received arrived hot and without ice. I contacted customer support every single time, and they assured it would be fixed. Spoiler alert: it never was. And the only thing they did to rectify the situation was give me store credit for the THREE WARM BOXES of wasted meals. The one box I received last month that wasn't warm, ended up having a huge hair in one of the smoothies that I almost swallowed. Disgusting, terrible quality control, and don't care about their customers at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Company is progressively going downhill.
