Ordered 3 jars of Chicago sauce Ordered 3 jars of Chicago sauce. 1 jar came broken. Contacted BIG Fork (great communication by the way) and they sent me a replacement jar right away. The Chicago sauce is great on hot dogs, brat worst, hamburgers exc. Love this stuff!

The process was fast The process was fast - from order to product on my doorstep was less than 48 hours. There were issues with the 15% discount - I only got a link instead of a code. I commented on this, and Big Fork was quick to correct the issue. The Chicago Sauce makes for the perfect condiment and BBQ gift.

Excellent customer service from Lance Unfortunately, a bottle of Chicago Sauce arrived broken. Contacted Big Fork and Lance replied immediately. He sent a replacement bottle out that very day. The contents of the Chicago Sauce leaked in the box, but it still smelled delicious! Will definitely order from Big Forks Brands again...
