Excellent customer service from Lance Unfortunately, a bottle of Chicago Sauce arrived broken. Contacted Big Fork and Lance replied immediately. He sent a replacement bottle out that very day. The contents of the Chicago Sauce leaked in the box, but it still smelled delicious! Will definitely order from Big Forks Brands again...

Delicious Sauce and Great Customer Service! We bought one bottle of the Chicago Fire Sauce at a fair and it was quickly devoured by my household. Went to order another and made a mistake on the order, they quickly helped me with my mistake and I got my sauce lightening fast on my doorstep. 10/10 would order again, and probably soon as we are already down to only 3 bottles from the 4 I ordered!

great tasting sauce at a great price.. plus customer service and delivery is awesome great taste and great price plus i believe owner dropped off my order directly...my shop is not far from the business location..so i imagine he personally dropped off...awesome !!
