We tried the wild boar bacon, heritage bacon, bison and beef. Even our pup enjoys the bison dog food they make. The communication was great as they ran out of an item but gave me a chance to change it or wait a little bit. Glad we waited and no hesitation on ordering again! EXCELLENT! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Puny Bison Filets I first purchased some lovely bison filets at the farmers market in Santa Fe. They were amazing and I was hooked. Before I even returned home to Texas, I ordered a large order for home delivery. The filets were so good I decided to spring for the Bison King and Queen Box as it showcased two filets and a mouthwatering massive tomahawk ribeye. I was excited for the order to arrive only to discover upon unpacking that I received 2 puny filets. Since the orders were hand selected I would have expected a better selection of filets having ordered a box that showcased "8oz filets". I understand the size of a filet can vary but it was disappointing none the less.
