Puny Bison Filets I first purchased some lovely bison filets at the farmers market in Santa Fe. They were amazing and I was hooked. Before I even returned home to Texas, I ordered a large order for home delivery. The filets were so good I decided to spring for the Bison King and Queen Box as it showcased two filets and a mouthwatering massive tomahawk ribeye. I was excited for the order to arrive only to discover upon unpacking that I received 2 puny filets. Since the orders were hand selected I would have expected a better selection of filets having ordered a box that showcased "8oz filets". I understand the size of a filet can vary but it was disappointing none the less.

Great quality and customer service The meat from Beck and Bulow is awesome. Living in New Mexico, ours is delivered by an employee of Beck @ Bulow. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Offer a good variety of both cuts and varieties of meat. Our three favorites are elk medallions, bison New York strips, and the jalepeno cheese brats. Never had a bad cut or variety. Fast service.

Amazing quality - absolutely delicious meat and fish! I have been customer now for a couple years now and have been absolutely thrilled with this company. The meat is amazing, as well as the fish!
