GBIt’s been over 4 weeks since I… It’s been over 4 weeks since I purchased my item and I am still waiting for delivery. Every time I check the tracking link provided by customer support it keeps saying my package is on the way and will be delivered in 5 days. It has said this for the last 4 days.

MUgood products but very slow delivery the quality of the product is great and reading the previous reviews, I ordered 2 sizes bigger than the normal size and thus this was great as well. the only concern i see is the postage time. Its too long and at one delivery I had to personally go to collect from post office and pay charges. I think using DHL / UPS would have been much faster.

FIQuality is mediocre or under it Quality is mediocre or under it, it's 100% polyester. Be careful with size, I'm European M/L, with this hoodie I've got 2XL and it's my size. Payment and delivery where good, it's real seller, not a scum (like some analogical stuff in Facebook ads). So, overall it's 3-4/5 in quality/price proportion.

GBResponsive, Supportive, Respectful When I emailed them regarding which figurines were which item tags, they went out of their way to edit their website to be more convenient for future customers by labeling the item tags with descriptive names instead of codes and numbers, as well as making it so that when the user clicks on an option, the gallery turns to preview the chosen item. So that was super appreciated and I think it does improve their website a lot! I think the fact that support responded to me is a good sign too. Also at the end of it, they gave me a discount code for a future purchase! My friend ended up really liking the figurines I got for her and they looked just like how they did in the gallery! Thank you very much!
