I had an online consult (chat) with the owner and was given valuable information on all of his offered products. I chose multiple cuts of the Pasture Raised Chicken. I in turn received my order very promptly, extremely well packed, and even a hand written note inside. These cuts have been some of the most flavorful and juiciest I have ever had.
