The full blood Wagyu strip was the best… The full blood Wagyu strip was the best steak I've ever prepared. Period. End of discussion. My favorite cut is a ribeye and I WILL be ordering one of those next.

I recently bought short ribs from Cross… I recently bought short ribs from Cross Creak Ranch. They were great. Brazed them in wine and baked. Omg they great. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Greg

Good Tri-tips Reversed seared one of the tri-tips we received and came out great. Great marbling and flavor. Wish the briskets were a little more affordable to try next.
