Bad customer service had to send… Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.

I had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..

Ordered a griddle and its came… Ordered a griddle and its came scratched... Also was missing the trim piece that it sits in and they would not replace. Im having to pay for another one. You would think that a company this big would make it right. Just know when buying from them that if something is missing your might have to pay for it again. This was for a new home construction and its impossible to check everything within 5 days. Contractors get busy!

He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. He alone was instrumental in my purchasing the Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill with Infrared Rear Burner and Infrared Side Burner and Rotisserie Kit - P500RSIBNSS-3. Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Mistakes happen and their customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.
