GBExceptional Customer Service I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys. The safety of having great customer service in case you run into any issues makes the possibily slightly higher cost well worth it. They have my business permanently.

GBSmokey delight I was skeptical if the smoker box would work with my electric grill. I followed the directions, prepared my chicken and started grilling. My chicken halves were totally amazing! The hickory smoked flavor was perfect I am so glad I threw caution to the wind and bought the the smoke box.

GBCancellation Ignored Part of our order was late and due to be delivered when we were out of town. We tried to cancel by calling, email no luck. Finally reached someone who sent in a priority cancel. Order was still shipped three days later and dumped over the gate by FEDEX. Now we cannot get a return tag and still another cancelled part of the order is being shipped. This is a bad company for service. Try Amazon or Best Buy where they respect customers.

GBOutdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Mistakes happen and their customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.

GBShipped with 3rd rate carrier Shipped with 3rd rate carrier. BBQ got to Portland Oregon and sat for now 5 days there on R&L carriers dock waiting to be transferred to another carrier. Spokane to BBQ guys and wont do anything and will charge me to have the carrier send it back even though it's been delayed big time and I was suppose to leave on vacation but now I can't in case this bbq shows up. They need to use real carriers that don't have off products from one carrier to another, that's also how products get damaged.
