Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. Great Customer Service and Quality Product! I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!
