Smokey delight I was skeptical if the smoker box would work with my electric grill. I followed the directions, prepared my chicken and started grilling. My chicken halves were totally amazing! I had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..

Exceptional Customer Service I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys.
