I had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..

Exceptional Customer Service I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys. The safety of having great customer service in case you run into any issues makes the possibily slightly higher cost well worth it. They have my business permanently.

He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. Smokey delight I was skeptical if the smoker box would work with my electric grill. I followed the directions, prepared my chicken and started grilling. My chicken halves were totally amazing! The hickory smoked flavor was perfect I am so glad I threw caution to the wind and bought the the smoke box.

I purchased a grill that based on the…what I thought were the extra features. I purchased a grill that based on the marketing looked like it had the sear on one side and a griddle on the other. The one I received had the sear and an ice bucket. Why would you put an ice bucket next to a 500 degree grill? BBQGuys offered an apology and offered to send me a griddle. That was a year ago. They keep making excuses but I haven't received the griddle. I have since found that it's best to order from Napoleon directly.
