GBOrdered a griddle and its came… Ordered a griddle and its came scratched... Also was missing the trim piece that it sits in and they would not replace. Im having to pay for another one. You would think that a company this big would make it right. Just know when buying from them that if something is missing your might have to pay for it again. This was for a new home construction and its impossible to check everything within 5 days. Contractors get busy!

GBBad customer service had to send… Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.

GBBBQ Guys not completely honest Not specifically a review of BBQ Guys, but they are obviously pushing Weber Smokefire. Other places on web have scathing reviews on a very flawed grill. Their reviews are all rosy. I wrote of a problem I was having and I noticed it didn’t get published. I don’t think they are completely honest.

GBAfter doing my research on what i… After doing my research on what i needed, made a call and got connected with Mike Dodd, who helped me with a few concerns and solidified my decision. Made follow ups like he promised he would, never pushy always helpful. After a few more days of reserach and quotes, mike called back at a perfect time and we closed the deal. Thanks again.

GBCancellation Ignored Part of our order was late and due to be delivered when we were out of town. We tried to cancel by calling, email no luck. Finally reached someone who sent in a priority cancel. Order was still shipped three days later and dumped over the gate by FEDEX. Now we cannot get a return tag and still another cancelled part of the order is being shipped. This is a bad company for service. Try Amazon or Best Buy where they respect customers.
