Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Mistakes happen and their customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.

I had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..

Great Customer Service and Quality Product! I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!

He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. He alone was instrumental in my purchasing the Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill with Infrared Rear Burner and Infrared Side Burner and Rotisserie Kit - P500RSIBNSS-3. Bad customer service had to send… Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.
