GBI had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..

I called to place an online purchased for the Lakeview Woodlake 43-Inch Rectangle Wood Burning Fire Pit - Black - SC-946-NST from BBQGuys, as I truly needed support to get a better understanding of the actual size, and proper setup. Mike Dodd answered my call and OMG! He was absolutely amazing. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Mike was extremely knowledgeable on the fire pit I purchased, and gave me exact measurements of the inner pit, which allowed me to imagine the flame size; furthermore, he gave examples of different types of firewood and how to research them. Mike also provided an estimated time of delivery and insurance options. Thank you Mike for all you do. Great customer service can be the start of a great day.

GBBBQ Guys not completely honest Not specifically a review of BBQ Guys, but they are obviously pushing Weber Smokefire. Other places on web have scathing reviews on a very flawed grill. Their reviews are all rosy. I wrote of a problem I was having and I noticed it didn’t get published. I don’t think they are completely honest.

GBCourteous but USELESS Customer Support Tried to purchase a pellet smoker from BBQ Guys (BBQG). They claimed order was shipped but the tracking number linked to…nothing. Called BBQG customer support numerous times. Polite and courteous and said they would research the issue and follow up with us. Well, after at least THREE different contacts BBQG did NOT follow up. We finally called and cancelled the order after the smoker did not arrive by the alleged delivery window. The entire experience was beyond frustrating. We used BBQG in the past with no problems but never again.

GBCancellation Ignored Part of our order was late and due to be delivered when we were out of town. We tried to cancel by calling, email no luck. Finally reached someone who sent in a priority cancel. Order was still shipped three days later and dumped over the gate by FEDEX. Now we cannot get a return tag and still another cancelled part of the order is being shipped. This is a bad company for service. Try Amazon or Best Buy where they respect customers.
