Great Customer Service and Quality Product! I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!

I called to place an online purchased for the Lakeview Woodlake 43-Inch Rectangle Wood Burning Fire Pit - Black - SC-946-NST from BBQGuys, as I truly needed support to get a better understanding of the actual size, and proper setup. Mike Dodd answered my call and OMG! He was absolutely amazing. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
