Great Customer Service and Quality Product! I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!

Great customer service. I have recently made a purchase from barbecue guys for a new gas grill. To my surprise, it arrived within days quicker than projected, As I was unboxing. I had noticed there were some parts damaged and the container With absolutely no external damage to the packaging. After contacting BBQguys They immediately ordered replacement pieces for me.
