I purchased a grill that based on the…what I thought were the extra features. I purchased a grill that based on the marketing looked like it had the sear on one side and a griddle on the other. The one I received had the sear and an ice bucket. Why would you put an ice bucket next to a 500 degree grill? BBQGuys offered an apology and offered to send me a griddle. That was a year ago. They keep making excuses but I haven't received the griddle. I have since found that it's best to order from Napoleon directly.

Great deal! Happy customer! I purchased what I would call a "showroom model" grill head which had SLIGHT cosmetic flaws but was 100% functional. Compared to the full price of a brand new grill head (same model) this was an absolute steal! The grill head and accessories I purchased (in-ground mount, cover) were shipped FAST, well packed and received without damage. Smokey delight I was skeptical if the smoker box would work with my electric grill. I followed the directions, prepared my chicken and started grilling. My chicken halves were totally amazing! The hickory smoked flavor was perfect I am so glad I threw caution to the wind and bought the the smoke box.
