Exceptional Customer Service I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys. The safety of having great customer service in case you run into any issues makes the possibily slightly higher cost well worth it. They have my business permanently.

Ordered a griddle and its came… Ordered a griddle and its came scratched... Also was missing the trim piece that it sits in and they would not replace. Im having to pay for another one. You would think that a company this big would make it right. Just know when buying from them that if something is missing your might have to pay for it again. This was for a new home construction and its impossible to check everything within 5 days. Contractors get busy!

Great deal! Happy customer! I purchased what I would call a "showroom model" grill head which had SLIGHT cosmetic flaws but was 100% functional. Compared to the full price of a brand new grill head (same model) this was an absolute steal! The grill head and accessories I purchased (in-ground mount, cover) were shipped FAST, well packed and received without damage. I called to place an online purchased for the Lakeview Woodlake 43-Inch Rectangle Wood Burning Fire Pit - Black - SC-946-NST from BBQGuys, as I truly needed support to get a better understanding of the actual size, and proper setup. Mike Dodd answered my call and OMG! He was absolutely amazing. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Mike was extremely knowledgeable on the fire pit I purchased, and gave me exact measurements of the inner pit, which allowed me to imagine the flame size; furthermore, he gave examples of different types of firewood and how to research them.
