Compared to the full price of a brand new grill head (same model) this was an absolute steal! AOG products I have had great experiences with BBQ Guys. My landscape contractor who built my outdoor kitchen ordered all the components I requested from the BBQ Guys site. Everything arrived in perfect condition. An AOG grill with all the bells and whistles, an AOG double side burner, Blaze double drawers, trash/recycle pullout system, and access doors. I ordered an AOG grill cover and it arrived quickly. I have sent in questions about products and also the best product to care for something, and I get an email answer the next day. These aren’t just stock answers attaching some site, they are specifically focused on what I asked. They have been great to work with.

Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly.
