BBQ Guys not completely honest Not specifically a review of BBQ Guys, but they are obviously pushing Weber Smokefire. Other places on web have scathing reviews on a very flawed grill. Their reviews are all rosy. I wrote of a problem I was having and I noticed it didn’t get published. I don’t think they are completely honest.

Great Customer Service and Quality Product! I called customer service to see if my order would get to me by Father’s Day and someone actually answered the phone. The person I spoke with showed genuine interest in helping me and took the time to see which warehouse it would be coming from. He then got back to me and said he couldn’t guarantee it, but would do everything in his power to make it happen. Well, it did arrive on time and was a quality item that our son loved! I will give them all of our barbecue business in the future!

He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. AOG products I have had great experiences with BBQ Guys. My landscape contractor who built my outdoor kitchen ordered all the components I requested from the BBQ Guys site. Everything arrived in perfect condition. An AOG grill with all the bells and whistles, an AOG double side burner, Blaze double drawers, trash/recycle pullout system, and access doors. I ordered an AOG grill cover and it arrived quickly. I have sent in questions about products and also the best product to care for something, and I get an email answer the next day. These aren’t just stock answers attaching some site, they are specifically focused on what I asked. They have been great to work with.
