GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I received my 1st of 3 month order at Christmas. One of the bags tasted absolutely horrible. I love jerky and couldnt eat it. Two of the others I could get at my local Walmart. I was under the impression that these bags arent the type you can just go buy wherever. Wrong, you can. I emailed their address... no response. I commented several times on their Facebook and noticed my comments were being deleted. I emailed again with my issue and got a response "what is your question"? I emailed again. Yesterday I commented and noticed today, they have blocked me. I sent ANOTHER email and he said he blocked me because I was bashing them. There was no bashing. I simply stated my issues and that they dont respond to emails. I emailed again asking of that was how he handled customers when he didnt like something by just deleting the problem? Probably wont get a response. I will never utilize this company, again.

GBDon't get ripped off! From the second month this has been an unbelievably bad purchase. The company didn't send the second month's shipment. At the end of the third month, after no shipment, I started emailing anyone I could to explain to me what was happening. No answers. I did get another shipment, however it was the same jerky that I received in my first shipment. The company states it will be 4 different flavors every month. Out of the 4 months that I've actually gotten my shipment the jerky has had repeat flavors every time. Twice they sent 2 bags of the same kind in one shipment two months in a row. I've sent multiple emails, to any email I can get a hold of and have recieved zero responses. No phone number on the site so good luck actually finding someone to tell you about how they're ripping you off! Also pay very close attention to what they say about servings, as each bag comes with one serving each. That means you get about 6 to 7 small pieces of jerky in a bag. Even if you end up enjoying one of the flavors there won't be enough to satisfy you. At this point and moving forward it's like getting kicked in the teeth every time it comes in the mail. Just a reminder of what I could have and should have spent my money on. Huge disappointment.

GBHave had several issues with this… Have had several issues with this subscription and can not reach anyone about my problem. Did not receive product for two months and all question were ignored in email and Facebook. Would not recommend

GBNon-Existent Customer Service 3 days of trying to get any order cancelled. 3 days of trying various routes of communicating with the company. 3 days of zero responses from this company. Customer service is 100% non-existent. My next move is to contact my bank as the order hasn't been filled in a week and 3 days of zero communication regarding cancelling the order. This company is a dumpster fire.
