Monika was so professional and efficient!! I had been trying to reactivate my Pay account unsuccessfully and Amazon said they made a final decision and would no longer respond to me. This also deactivated my seller account. Helpless I reached out to Appeal Wizards. Edwin worked his MAGIC!! Edwin did an excellent job resolving my issue with my Amazon product suddenly being flagged restricted and I was told my product would not be able to be reactivated.
