One hobbit pipe and one wizards pipe made for the old man. With custom text saying father on his and son on mine. When I ordered originally I made a mistake, so I emailed them and with in 24 hours they replied with resolving my issue. The package came in sooner then I was expecting. Amazing Great product and great customer service! The pipes are amazing quality and just really cool to look at. Being a family owned business there was some sort of family emergency and my order wouldn't be shipped in the usual time frame. They reached out and asked if I would like a refund for the inconvenience but obviously it wasn't necessary and answered any questions I did have very promptly. And the prices are awesome too!

Beautifully crafted. Great Price! Pipe was delivered on date as promised! Craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I ordered 12 inch long in maple. Product description and personalized writing were exactly what I ordered. Shopped around with other dealers and for the quality and design this pipe was perfect. However, though they include initial smoking instructions with product, I would have appreciated more detail on disassembling the pipe for cleaning.
