I hate reviews,but..... I hate reviews. But the product is fantastic. The price is very reasonable, especially for what you get. Delivery was reasonable. It was tracked from purchase order to delivery. And the product is unquestionably of high quality. It is American made, which is very important to me. So, even though I hate reviewing products I have to give this company five stars for its product and service.

Great pipes and awesome customer… Great pipes and awesome customer service I had a pipe with a crack and I asked if it was my fault I wasn’t sure. They responded super quickly and I sent pictures. Before I knew it they sent a replacement because it was defective before I even asked. The pipes smoke great and break in easily, customer service is amazing. I will always want to buy more from them.

I now have 5 Flogglewerks pipes I now have 5 Flogglewerks pipes, three myrtle, one cherry and one maple. All of them are more enjoyable than my briars. These last 2 pipes came packed in a classy way as usual and crafted to perfection.

Amazing Great product and great customer service! The pipes are amazing quality and just really cool to look at. Being a family owned business there was some sort of family emergency and my order wouldn't be shipped in the usual time frame. They reached out and asked if I would like a refund for the inconvenience but obviously it wasn't necessary and answered any questions I did have very promptly. And the prices are awesome too!

I love this little Churchwarden I love this pipe. Smokes very easy and seems well made. No play or leak in the all-wood stem, and the bowl started taking a season from the first smoke. Bowl is a little smaller than I anticipated, but that just means I will need to order another one soon. I almost assuredly will. Both the mountain relief and engraving are beautiful.
