The list of what you did right is long 1) Free shipping that is faster than other company's paid shipping. 2) A CS department that filled the order promptly, not 2-3 days. 3) The ridiculous 4/20 sale. I started to load the cart with that kind of deal. 4) Products that are awesome. Keep finding more and I will be back. Since your products are Invincible, I don't see needing replacements. ;)

I had a great experience with customer… I had a great experience with customer service! They were fast and friendly in answering my questions. I had been using a red bowl from them for almost two years, and although it was still in good condition, I decided to get something new. The package arrived quickly and the downstem has been literally amazing. I can't believe I waited this long to get it, and I'm a bit annoyed with myself for not getting it sooner!

Invincibowl Invincipole! I ordered directly from their site and got a discount on the older version invincipole. It's the best downstem I've ever owned it's extendable and has an inner screen. My order came fast in the mail and overall I'd recommend this business.

To Invincibowl or not to invincibowl? The Invincibowl has surpassed every expectation I had before using it. My bong stays clean, the bowl holds quite a bit of flower (approx 1/3 of a gram) and the bowl stays burning longer than any other glass bowl I have. The LAST bowl you will ever buy! Since January 1st I had purchased five glass bowls. Several broke at the stem & neck joint. The others the hole inside the bowl broke out.My last one had broke the night I noticed the advertisement for the Invinicibowl. I ordered it and within two days I had received it! I have now spent a week using the product and will say that the only reason I will buy another is because I got purple (my actual favorite color), but I am a Santa ! Santa must have RED!! This is the best purchase I have made bar none when it comes to my smoking. By the way I approached the company asking for a way to review & share how absolutely fantastic i think this bowl is!
