GBHappy with the product - trouble with ordering Happy with the product. Had trouble with the online ordering experience. Customer service didn't respond to phone calls but did respond to email. Pleasant, but didn't follow through on cancelling the double order.

MXI feel like this probiotic didn’t help… I feel like this probiotic didn’t help my dog as much as others have. He had very runny poop for days. Nothing else changed about his diet. His poop also smells worse than it did with the other probiotic we had. I’m not fond of the bag packaging either. I prefer a lid of some sort to keep them from getting hard.

GBI was thoroughly impressed with these… I was thoroughly impressed with these products. A lot of probiotics on the market come in the pill form and you end up having to buy the pill pockets to convince your pups to eat them and then sometimes they still don’t eat them. I had zero problems with my dogs enjoying them and it made me feel comfort knowing I was giving them the best out there!
