Limited supply items not set aside while waiting for order fullfillment. Placed an order. One of the items(capsule caddy) ended up being out of stock. One of the items in my order was in stock at the time I placed my order(limited run of mushroom top) and it was not put aside for my order. When the capsule caddy was back in stock a few weeks later, the mushroom just went out of stock. My order should have been prepared at the time of purchase with in stock items while waiting on the one out of stock item, but was not and made me miss out on a limited run glass piece.

Highly recommend POTV! I can’t say enough good things about POTV! I bought a Lobo (well, 2!). Love it! I needed to contact customer support several times as I got comfortable with my new device, and just with being a first time vaper. Each time I was responded to quickly and the reps were so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend POTV!

The vape is amazing such a great value… The vape is amazing such a great value and the order process was so fast and easy. I’m not a regular and i got this for dry herb and it really brings out the flavor while conserving your flower.

POTV is awesome! Great shopping experience! Quick shipping and excellent post-sale communication!! (Super Important)! My Dynavap B is my first experience with DHV. But 13 year nicotine vaper. DHV is quite different but a welcome change... Lovin it so far👍

Terrible service I ordered in early April and have had 2 issues with my POTV Lobo and the dosing capsules. I reached out twice via email and it has been over 10 days with zero response. I understand it is April, but the inability of POTV to respond to concerns implies either malice toward customers, ineptitude, or complete indifference. None of which are a good look.
