Address change I had to change my address from the billing address and I couldn’t do that when I was ordering so maybe I should have done 4 stars. I don’t remember getting any emails verifying that they would change the address which would have been nice, but ultimately my order showed up where I wanted it to somehow so whatever happened to make that happen, I am happy about.

I ordered with private for over a year never had a single issue always got my order in less than a week never a single problem. A friend recommended a “cheaper” site so I tried it.. took over a month to get my order. I immediately switched back to provape! If you want a trustworthy,fast, company that actually has customer service that answers the phone I highly recommend provape!

The best customer service, selection,and pricing I searched around and found this GREAT company online. they offer a huge selection in all things vape and most important GREAT prices. I bought many juices and pods. Somewhere in the shipping route some of my order was stolen. Pro Vape stepped up and made my order whole. These folks are terrific ! These folks are terrific ! The order was delivered surprisingly quickly. Started in California and made it to Florida in a day or two. Unlike the shipping most other businesses use that'd take a week or two. I was simply pleasantly surprised. Will undoubtedly be doing business with ProVape again !
